Our custom laminating finds applications anywhere that sandwich panels can provide stability, reduce weight, or save energy in powering a moving system.
Paneltec fabricates aluminum- or FRP-faced panels for exterior and interior architectural applications. KYNAR® 500, anodized, and enamel finishes are available in standard and custom colors. Panels can be configured for glazed-in and other common methods of installation.
Our honeycomb sandwich panels can provide a lightweight, flat backing for your graphics, decorative partitions, or signage. They're light, sturdy, and easy to transport.
We fabricate aluminum-core and foam-core panels with conductive or non-conductive coatings. Panels can be of any thickness from 1/4" to 3", to suit your framing system. Custom lengths are readily available, quick delivery on 1/4" thickness.

Machinery & Instrument Enclosures
Paneltec provides lightweight cover panels for X-ray processing equipment, machined for attachment. We supply NOAA, the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, with shielded enclosures for their wind-profiling radar installations. Stiffness, low vibration, and sound deadening are other benefits that come into play with our sandwich panel construction.
Stiffeners
Sometimes a manufacturer is working with existing components that require additional stiffness. A honeycomb panel added onto the structure can be the answer, without drastic re-design of parts already developed.

Honeycomb panels with steel backer sheet or aluminum faces can serve as mirror supports, or reflective materials can be bonded directly to our cores.
