Q:  What’s the largest size panel you can make?

A:   Oversize panels are a specialty of ours.  The largest panels we’ve made so far are 10’ x 30’; the thickest, almost 12”.  Our laminating process gives us lots of flexibility, and we are not limited by a press dimension.   The widest door in our plant is 18 feet.

Q:  Do you have panels in stock?

A:   Most of what we sell is made-to-order.  But there is a significant saving if you can use panels currently in stock.  Please check the Stock Panels page of this website and ask one of our salesmen.

Q:  What do your various panels cost?

A:   Many variables, such as materials, size, and quantity, come into play when pricing custom panels.  Our salesmen can quickly orient you as to relative costs.  A phone conversation will enable us to help you find the most cost-effective options.

Q:  What are your lead times?

A:   Our stock panels ship within 3-5 days. Depending upon complexity, most custom panels take 4-6 weeks after receipt of order and final design. When materials are more readily available, 2-3 week lead times are feasible.

Q:  What are your standard sheet sizes?

A:   4’ x 8’, 4’ x 10’, and 5’ x 10’ are our most common sizes. We are by no means limited to “standard sizes.”

Q:  Do you have a minimum number of panels per order?

A:   There is no minimum, but pricing is affected by quantity.

Q:  Why don’t you have an “Online Order” service for RFQs?

A:   It’s frequently valuable for customers to dialog with us. Our extensive design and production experience in honeycomb panels can often speed cost-effective development for your project.

Q:  What types of edge closeouts are available?

A:   Edge closeouts are either built into the panel, between the face sheets (co-fabricated), or added on after sandwich lamination (post-fabricated). Potted edges are also available. There are many possibilities available for each treatment. For more information, go here.
